Early Spring. Before Something Begins was a group exhibition at the Regional Educational Centre for Girls in Falenica, Warsaw, organized as part of the Back to School project. Bringing contemporary art into educational settings, the exhibition reflected on themes of coming of age, uncertainty, and social change. MacLeod presented Purr, Purr, Purr, a neon work exploring language, care, and interspecies communication, while the project supported ongoing artist-led programs for young women at the centre.

The Mother: An Unsavory Monologue

The Mother: An Unsavoury Monologue (2025) is Paulina Olowska's reinterpretation of Stanisław Ignacy Witkiewicz's 1924 play The Mother, presented as a durational performance within an immersive installation at Pace Gallery, New York. Myfanwy MacLeod performed the role of the Artist, one of three archetypal figures that move through the work. Her performance explored artistic creation, inheritance, and transformation, blurring the boundaries between theatre, performance, and visual art.

The Undesirables: A Bestiary (2024) is an award-winning artist's book featuring a series of collages produced during a residency at the La Napoule Art Foundation in France, accompanied by an original poem by Canadian poet Lisa Robertson. Published by Emily Carr University Press, the book brings together image and text as parallel narratives, creating a contemporary bestiary where humans, animals, and imagination continually overlap.

Playtime

Created in collaboration with Shannon Oksanen, is a permanent public artwork for the Family Commons at BC Children's Hospital and BC Women's Hospital + Health Centre in Vancouver. Drawing inspiration from postwar playground design, the work transforms the hospital's Wellness Walkway into an imaginative landscape where contemporary sculpture and playground merge.

Beekeeping for All is a collaborative project by architect Janna Levitt and artist Myfanwy MacLeod, commissioned for Carbon 14: Climate Is Culture, organized by the Cape Farewell Foundation. Using the public kiosk as a place for sharing knowledge about bees, pollination, and climate change, the project encourages collective action while drawing attention to the essential role bees play in sustaining ecosystems and human life.
